If you would like to inform us of a disturbance or problem, or make a suggestion, please contact our team by filling out the form below. If the disturbance is noise-related, it is important to contact us when you hear the noise.
Good Neighbourhood Committee
To maintain harmonious cohabitation with residents of shoreline neighbourhoods, the issues raised by complaints and suggestions are looked into and discussed on a case-by-case basis with Port operators. They are also discussed at meetings of our Good Neighbourhood Committee, made up of citizens, representatives of local organizations and organizations located on Port territory, municipal representatives and representatives of the Montreal Port Authority.
Form
Your complaint will be followed up by the teams concerned and your suggestions will be forwarded to the appropriate departments. We are fully committed to finding solutions to minimize any inconvenience caused by our operations and we will communicate with you as soon as possible to address your issues with respect to the Port.
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside the Montreal Port Authority and will not be used for any purpose other than to process this request under the laws governing the confidentiality of personal information.
