Access and parking

The Grand Quay parking lot can accommodate up to 250 vehicles. Reduced-mobility, electric charging stations and bicycle parking spaces are available. Vehicles with trailers and motor-home type vehicles are not allowed on the site.

Parking 24/7

You are responsible for checking temporary or restrictive parking signage every 24 hours. Any vehicle parked in violation of such signage may be towed at the owner's expense. 

Maximum vehicle height:

3 metres (parking entrance on the city side and ramp to access the 2nd floor)
3.5 m (river side parking entrance)

High season prices
(May 1 to September 30, 2026):
  • Between 0 and 6 hours: $35
  • Between 6 and 12 hours: $45
  • Between 12 and 24 hours: $55
  • Event rate - 9 hours (prepaid): $35
  • Lost ticket: $50
Low season prices
(October 1, 2026, to April 29, 2027):
  • Between 0 and 6 hours: $25
  • Between 6 and 12 hours: $30
  • Between 12 and 24 hours: $40
  • Event rate - 6 hours: $30
  • Lost ticket: $50

Prices subject to change without notice (taxes included)

Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Interac.

In case of any discrepancy between the prices posted online and those listed in the parking lot, the prices listed at the parking lot prevail.
