Passenger fees
Cruise passenger fees and cruise-excursion passenger fees are claimable as soon as a vessel carries passengers or vehicles for a fare and berths at Authority property, for each passenger and each vehicle carried.
Electricity service

Water service
Refer to the applicable fees for water service.
Various services
Refer to the applicable fees for various services available (grey water management, permits, labour services, rentals).
Harbour fees
Harbour fees are applicable on vessels entering or operating within the harbour.
Berthage and anchorage fees
Berthage fees are applicable on vessels: (a) while occupying a berth; (b) while fast to or tied up alongside any other vessel occupying a berth at Montreal Port Authority property; or (c) not moored at but loading or unloading by lighter from or to Montreal Port Authority property. Anchorage fees are applicable on vessels occupying an anchorage area in the harbour.
Two companies provide vessel mooring services in the harbour

Berth rental for cruise excursion vessels
A rental fee is payable for any tour vessel authorized to moor at one of the specified berths.
