In 2020, the MPA overhauled its brand image, which is now more dynamic, streamlined and contemporary, reflecting its values focused on innovation, fluidity, sustainable development and community relations.   

A new B2B platform was also developed, with new web pages directly linked to the markets targeted by the MPA’s international marketing campaigns. Intended for importers, exporters, shipping lines and freight forwarders, these web pages offer regionalized information on the services provided at the Port, direct contact with representatives, and precise measurements of each marketing campaign’s impact.

In social media, the MPA concluded its Faces of the Port campaign after two years of posting employee profiles. The purpose of this campaign was to raise awareness of the team and highlight the diversity of the occupations that make up the Port Authority. 

Lastly, the Port of Montreal launched a new website following a complete revamping. The additions to the new website feature a new interactive map of the Port, a reorganization of the vast content into four portals, a modernization of the organization’s image and a platform adapted to mobile devices.
