Another major infrastructure project, the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal, saw the finishing touch of its observation tower make great progress. Scheduled to open in the fall of 2021, over the course of 2020 the tower’s formwork and concreting were completed, and the steel structures to support the protrusive part of the tower featuring the observation deck, began to go up.
