Oversized deliveries
It is possible to use the wooden stairs of the green roof on the City side. One truck at a time will be allowed at the bottom of the stairs, and the area must be secured. No vehicles will be allowed on Promenade du Vieux-Port. Authorization is required from your coordinator prior to the event.

Hanging Beam
Hanging is allowed on steel beams only. No hanging is allowed on piping, electrical conduits and lighting system. In case of doubt, contact the logistics agent on site.
Blinds
Grey semi-sheer manual blinds in all windows. Please note that there are no blinds in front of doors or in upper windows.
LIGHTING
White LED light system only, which can be dimmed to change intensity. No touching or handling of the fixtures is allowed (e.g. attaching or tilting fixtures).
PERMANENT INSTALLATION
The Port Centre is home to a permanent exhibition: All aboard!
Equipment and furniture cannot be moved.

The River Room

The River Room is right inside the Port Centre. The venue is included in the space rental.
The venue can be used as an extra room for the caterer, but cooking is prohibited. The table must be protected.
Cloakroom
No cloakroom space is provided in the venue.
The Lessee must provide equipment and personnel at location of choice.
The MPA disclaims all liability for loss, theft or illegal acts that may be committed against the Tenant, its guests or third parties on the Leased Premises or elsewhere on the site.

The Lessee may use the Grand Quay circulation and common areas leading to the Port Interpretation Centre to receive guests for the event. The Lessee shall, though, ensure that traffic on the Grand Quay is not impeded, allocate resources at its own expense to properly direct guests to the Grand Quay, and cooperate with the authorities in place
Washrooms
The washrooms are in Terminal 1 (ground floor)
To meet sanitary requirements, there must be a minimum of 1 washroom per group of 300 men and 1 washroom per group of 150 women.
