Guidelines for suppliers
- When you arrive, identify yourself at the Security Office, Door 1 on the Main Alley (24/7).
- The Lessee is responsible for welcoming its suppliers.
- Equipment delivery and removal times must be scheduled during the rental hours of the venue, i.e. between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m., or in accordance with the rental contract. (Obtain the Subject Matter of the contract – Clause 2 from the Lessee to confirm the access hours).
- Parking is charged for all workers (technicians, suppliers, service providers, etc.) during the rental period of the venue. No vehicles are allowed to remain in the unloading area on the Main Alley. Once delivery is complete, parking spaces are available at Terminal 2 at a flat rate of $35 per vehicle maximum or at the applicable hourly rate.
- Parking spaces are available for trucks 3.05 m (10’) and over on the Main Alley at a flat rate of $100 per truck, per day, depending on available capacity.
- Empty technical equipment boxes must be stored in the rented space or removed by the supplier during your event (there is no place for storing equipment). Outdoor parking spaces can be rented at Terminal 2 for equipment storage for a flat rate of $40 per space, per day. Users are responsible for the safety of their equipment.
- For special delivery of an oversized item, please contact your Leased Premises Coordinator before the event.
- Suppliers shall take the necessary precautions to protect floors, windows, columns, walls and carpets when moving equipment.
- If the Lessee, after leaving the Leased Premises, leaves behind any effects and does not remove them within two days after the date of departure, the Montreal Port Authority shall charge a storage fee of $2,000 plus taxes per day, which the Lessee shall pay before taking possession of said effects.
- At any time, you can contact Security for the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal at 514 283-1429 or go directly to Door 1.

Marine activities
When a vessel is in operation at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 during the rental period, the Lessee shall ensure the following from these suppliers:
- All suppliers must have a valid photo ID to access the site.
- Upon arrival, the supplier shall, upon request, open the vehicle's trunk for visual verification by on-site patrol officers.
- During marine activities, only one vehicle at a time is authorized to deliver via the Main Alley.
- Deliveries are authorized at all times via the parking walkway (trucks 10' or less in height).
- For special needs, please contact your Leased Premises Coordinator.
- Under no circumstances are event lessees authorized to move cruise ship equipment (gangway, conveyor and/or luggage cage) themselves.
Train passage schedule
Subject to change without notice.
The approximate duration of the train passage is about 15 minutes.
- Between midnight and 2 a.m., and between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.
- Local service 6 times a week between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
