Space rental
The Grand Quay now offers several venues for rent throughout the year, including the Port of Montreal Tower, the Pavilion and Terminal 1. There are also outdoor spaces at Commencement Square and Promenade D'Iberville that offer versatile, customizable options for all kinds of events.
Major events
The Grand Quay hosted a total of 111 major events during the year, such as the Red Bull International Diving Competition, the C2 MTL event and the Heineken Festival during the Formula 1.
Popular attractions
The facilities welcomed 630,000+ people, a 20% higher footfall than in 2023.
